Having been a Property Manager and Rental Department Manager over the last 17 years, the experience is often defined as one or two years experience as a Property Manager.  Is this really enough experience to manage your investment?

What happens to the tenant?

Twin Waters Estate Agents will make immediate contact with then tenant advising them of the new arrangement. A letter and email confirming the new Trust Account details for rental payments, Twin Waters Estate Agents contact details and provision of maintenance forms, should any maintenance be required or outstanding.

We will also arrange a suitable time with the tenant to meet them and familiarise ourselves with your property.

Routine inspections will be confirmed and conducted immediately if overdue. The existing lease agreement will also be reviewed to confirm current rental or if a Notice of Rent Increase should be sought.
