Applying for a rental property
Rent Mornington Peninsula – To apply for a rental property you are required to first inspect the property to confirm that the property is suitable for you. We offer tenants the ability to apply by downloading the tenancy application form attached at the bottom of this page or alternatively online via 1Form
What you are required to provide:
- One completed application form per person (over the age of 18 years). All sections of the tenancy application form are required to be completed in full.
- 100 points of identification. This includes drivers license, medicare card, utilities notices etc. More details can be found on the rental application form.
How long until Twin Waters Estate Agents contact me once I have submitted a tenancy application?
Twin Waters Estate Agents will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the tenancy application and supporting documentation. If your tenancy application is approved we will contact you and provide you with a copy of the lease agreement for you to sign and details of our rental trust account where you can pay the first calendar months rent to secure the property.
